On 4th Nov evening technician came and changed the setoff box, and told us that within 24 hours it will be activated, now it is 48 hrs, nothing has happened, yesterday receptionist from the service centre called me and asked me to pay Rs 750/-. Why should I pay this amount, I have been facing problem from the day I have purchased this connection.
1) within 1 month of purchase the cable was changed.
2) within 6 months of purchase setoff box was changed with a repaired one, which frequently gave trouble.
3) Several time I faced the no signal problem and your tech. would come and fiddle around the antenna and it will become all right.
4) after warranty period for the same issue of no signal, charged me Rs 100/- and did something in the antenna.
5) within a week again no signal problem, they changed the LNBC by charging Rs 160/-
6) within a week Set off box defective (complaint lodged on 24th Oct) till the problem not resolved.
Who is going to compensate for the mental agony I and my family is going through for last 18 months?
Pls settle the issue without any further delay with a proper compensation.
