I completely disappointed with the way you have been treating your customers. This is to inform you that Since last 7 days I am facing problem with airtel that I have booked a digital tv connection through online and payment has been taken by Mr. Ismail through ivr, transaction id is 17923545, booking id is 53005, and the message on my registered mobile account id is 3009538662, and he promised that within 48 hrs it will be there or latest by Monday 12th dec the connection will be established for which the local dealer will call. But 12th nothing had happened and I called up airtel customer care to complaint the same they promised that Tuesday 13 it will happened, again on Tuesday nothing happened, so have contacted to your customer care again and I had a talk with Mr. Praveen navlani, on sales and marketing, he also promised that within 24 hrs it will be resolved, but next day nothing happened and called up customer care and talk to Mr. Roshan and he also promised the same that within 24 hrs it will be resolved, I have collected the no of Mr. Sandip, responsible person from Online payment division as per customer care on 09975783387, he told that he has resigned from the airtel and the charge is with Mr nayoom his no. 09773416059 so I called up his mobile and he also promised that within 24 hrs it will be resolved, in between I have contacted airtel Nodal officer kochi, but for him someone else attended from his office and told that only online id created but nothing from the department, so again I tried to contact Mr. Nayoom but he never picked his phone later. Finally yesterday I talk to your customer care and Mr. Vishendra (communication ID 121468670, contacted from 0091 731 4243055 and told me that please wait another 24 hrs. In between I send an e mail to airtel grievances cell id provided on net but no reply or action has been taken.
I do not understand why you people commit to something that your company just cannot do. Some one from your customer care He says it is a system problem, I do not understand how there can be a system problem when all other connections are working in the area. And if it is a fault from your end, why should I have to compensate by waiting longer.
So sir, please let me know how many people are there to be responsible for a connection and how long I have to wait for a connection or which consumer protection act is applicable and cochin consumer court will take up this complaint if I go to them?
Even after 168 hrs no body contacted me or no response for my mail, so who will be responsible for my time and effort and mental and physical strain I have taken so far?
Hope you will be able to help me in this matter and hope you will not be like others in airtel that only promise and cheating public like me...
