Airtel Digital TV Recharge fraud.

My mother recharged Digital TV-3001920240 with Rs 1050 in Dec. The account has not been credited till date (feb 16). It is a Connection in Meerut and Airtel Main office in Sadar Sabji mandi has been extremely non cooperative and rude. It has been visited thrice in past 3 months and every time they lie about the rectification. Each month we are getting an extra recharge facing the same problem. Airtel is a reliable brand but its customer service is below satisfactory. When we contacted the shop from where we purchased the connection, instead of helping out owner said " Cut the connection if its giving so much trouble". We lodged a complaint on customer care but all in vain.
