Cug plan agents not serving right

I have given documents to airtel cug plan agent in amritsar to vikas for making my seven number corporate group. Three no. have started which were ported from idea connection.rest are airtel prepaid numbers now they are not responding to my queries. its two months now they have switched off there no. too
