I-Darshan not added but got charged for it twice, unprofessional behaviour of your custome care rep

I added i-darshan channel online twice, iut started showing on my online account both times, money got deducted both times but the channel has not been added. First time I did around 20 days back, kept it for around a week, money got deducted but the channel was not added so i removed the channel. I again added it on saturday, again it showed on my account, again got charged but wasnt added again. I called your customer service yesterday who took a lot of time before hanging up on me as she was not able to resolve it. She was totally unprofessional and dint had any knowledge. I called you on the paid line to make sure that you might resolve it faster but after around 17 mins all i got was a totally unprofessional behaviour from your customer service. The rep dint had any clue what she had to do as she kept placing me on hold and finally disconnected the call.

I want to ask you is this the reason that you have customer service facility for, so that you can annoy people??

I want the channel to be added asap and to get refunded for the charges that i am paying for the service not recieved as the channel hasnt been added as yet.
