Dear Sir/Mam m using Airtel DTH services bearing Customer ID 3002115387. I have logged complaint on 11/05 regarding no signal due to breakage in dish. they told me that i will be charged rs.25 for part and rs.100 as service charge. i agreed but no one visited. after repeated call to customer care person visited on 15/05 and asked me rs.200 (100 for part and 100 for service) n when i asked for bill he refused saying he had no bill book.
Again customer care person assured me a refund of rs.41 n 85 paise for not working of DTH for five days (8.37*5). but i rcv. just rs.14 n 95 paise. Now i called them 2-3 times but they say diff. thing everytime.
So i request to look for:
*Extra charging that too without bill
*non refunding of full amount.
