Very bad service

Hi

i called up the customer care to order a movie at 02:55 am on 05 jul. The agent told me that movie has already been ordered so i will be able to see it in some time. Movie started for few seconds and then stopped. I informed abt the same to the agent aswell but he asked me to wait for some time and then he transferred the call to the supervisor. He informed me that only the next show will get played as i ordered the movie a bit late according to his system at 03:16 am which is wrong because when i asked him the current time at his place he informed me its 03:51 am whereas on all the news channels the time was 03:31 am so they have wrong timings in there system. I asked him to cancel the show and to refund the amount back as i did not have time after that. He did not agree and said he can not cancel it from his side and i will only get the refund if the movie will not get played. right now its 07:12 am but the movie still did not get started and when i asked him to transfer the call to his senior he said there is not one available rite now. Very very poor customer service. I planned to enjoy a movie and ended up with arguementing with a customer care agent for approximately half an hour in the middle of the night. What sholud i do?
