Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Gautham T P, from Eluru, AP & I have Subscribed Airtel digital TV for last 1 yr. Since Januvary 2011 onwards I have lodged several complaints on Video resolution/Problem in my Airtel Digital TV, My Favourite channels like Asianet, Asianet plus, Indiavision etc.. are not getting properly, video disappearing always. My Customer ID is 3004530631.
Pl.find the details of my complaint number which is given below.

2.Complaint no:6278032 dt 25.03.2011
3.Complaint no: 6512409 dt. around 29.3.2011
4. Complaint no:6547491 dt 2.4.2011.
I have gone to Airtel office at Eluru and complainted to one lady directly, she had given me a book and told to write the complaint and address and other details (Kodanta rama cellur, Airtel, Eluru), eventhough there was no action either from THEIR side and AIRTEL side.
Since i am not getting my channels, I have decided not to re-charge it from this month onwards. Informed this to those who called me for recharging i.e AIRTEL custmercare executives.
On 24-4 sharply AIRTEL disconnected my account, Appreciate atleast for that punctuality from your side.
Now for the last two week i have no cable TV connection in my house, Thanks to airtel for excellent customer care services.
I am ready for Recharging provided i should get my favourite channels
Pl.note that for 3 months I have recharged airtel digital tv a/c and not viewed my channels.
I also suggests that airtel should seriously take care customer care executives-should be friendly type not be like serious and arrogant type or escaping personalities.
This is to improve your Quality services (As per ISO 9001) of Airtel digital tv
