Airtel digital TV (DTH) - Kumar Sales electronics shop
Shopkeeper recharged wrong Airtel Digital ID

Hi,

I purchased LG TV & Airtel Digitial TV from Kumar Sales electronics shop, B-3, city center, sector 4A, B.S.city - 06542-232791 on 23/10/09 Tin no : 20451401369 . Recently on 13/04/10 we recharged Airtel Digital with Rs. 1000/- from same shop. As I didnt know Airtel Digital ID, shopkeeper provided Airtel Digital ID which he maintainted in his register when we purchased from his shop. He wrong recharged Airtel Digital ID:3000252513 for some UP number. We came to know about it when his technation visited our place and found that Airtel Digital ID on our system showed as 3001874411.

Its almost a month and shopkeeper has not taken any action. Neither recharged our airtel tv nor providing us any compensation.

I request consumer forum to take action against it.
