UNABLE TO RECEIVE THE SERVICES DESPITE PROPER RECHARGE

My Customer id number is 3000920435

The recharge was done on 12th August. However when no signal was received in the T.V, a complaint was filed on 13th August and it was promised that within 24 hours engineer will come to set the things right. After that, 4 more times complaint was filed between 14th August to 18th August and everytime promise was made by the Customer Care to send the engineer within 24 hours. However, till date, no action has been taken. I am really shocked that such hopeless services would be provided by such a popular brand.

When I check up with the customer care, my balance is reducing everyday without any services being provided.

Please let me know if any action is going to be taken or I will have to move to the Consumer Court for remedial action.
