Package related issue - 2 times charges debited

Sir,

On 2nd June i had recharged by Airtel Digital TV account Cust ID: 3000212782 with Rs.1000/- (one thousand rupees only); on same day itself, i had requested for plan change to South Super Value May-10 Advance rental 6 M NRC towards the same an amount of Rs. 655/- debited.

On the same day evening plan had changed from South Super Value Advance rental 6 Months pack to South Super Value Advance rental 12 Month package and an amount of Rs.1335/- was debited to my account.

Airtel digital TV had debited amounts of same packages for both 6 months & 12 months package. One package amount should be reversed back on urgent basis.

Due to negative balance i'm unable to view channels from past 4 days. kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

I had contacted customer service team for more than 10 times, but no one had responed; even i had logged a complaint against the same through email (to [email protected] on date: Fri, Jun 4 at 9:35 PM) and also logged complaint through customer service call center, but no one had responding to my issue.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.
