Iam Senthilkumar, i purchased SONY 46' BRAVIA TV on 17 th feb at chennai. The showroom people said that AIRTEL DTH HD connection is free with this TV.After contact with AIRTEL DTH customer care at 18001028080, they told recharge with RS 1000/.the customer id will be given. My customer id is 3007090145.The instrument supplied and fixed on 24th feb. From that day onwards i called customer care daily there is no proper answer.finally 26 feb they give the service engineer no [9600043200].The service engineer picked the call only on 28th feb and the problem will be solved within 1 hour. After two hours he never picked the phone till now [1st march at 8.30 p.m].
