No Installation or Revert even after 14 days of making the payment!

My customer ID is 3007545380, I had asked for a REFUND of the INR 3130 amount which I unfortunately paid to your incompetent company for a DIGITAL TV HD Connection. The SMS I got from a number listed as “DTH” was “Dear Customer, thank you for contacting us. Your Service Request Reference No. is 6684771 for “Refund Related-Others” For any further assistance please contact at 9301687210.”

However when I called the number mentioned above the person told me he is not responsible for this and I should contact the Customer Care number at 12148. I contacted them yet again and I was told to write an email to you. Hence, NOW KINDLY SEND ME MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY since I am REALLY FED UP with your services and just want my money back! Payment for the Connection was made on March 30th.

8170978 was another number mentioned to me for my reference if the same is of any use to you.14301833 was the transaction ID.

USELESS COMPANY AND USELESS SERVICE... REALLY AIRTEL SHOULD WIND UP ITS OPERATIONS IN THE COUNTRY!
