I am a Airtel Digital TV Customer (Id 34240825). My compliant reg. frequent interruption (on every 5 Minutes) in receiption of signals is not yet attended even after elapsing 5 days of reminding daily basis (Serv. Request No.4409702 of 8th Nov'2010). Airtel's Customer Care is very very POOR and providing hopeless service. Probably they find joy in the sufferings of their customers. Hence, my only advise to general public is to THINK TWICE OR THRICE BEFORE GOING FOR Airtel Digital Connection due to bitter experience.
