I POPLIN CHANDRA DAS HAVING AIRTEL DIGITAL TV BEARING ACCONT NO.3004998750 . ON DATED 11 AUG I CONTACTED TO THE CUSOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TO KNOW SOMETHING SHE WAS A LADY GAVE ME ONE NO. TO CONTACT BUT THE NO. WAS NOT EXISTED. AND ALSO SHE INCLUDED TOP UP WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. MY VALI DITY DATE WAS 13 OCTOBER . MR. JAVED TOLD ME ABOUT MY TOP UP INCLUDED WITHOUT MY CONSENT . AND PROBLEM WILL SOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ON DATED 10 . 10.2011 I RECHARGED RS.200/ SO VALIDITY PERIOD SHOULD BE 20 NOVEMBER. BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS 16-11.ON DATED 12-10-11 ONE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME VIDE MOBILE NO.911145751300.HE ASO COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AND DIDNOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

NOW I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ABOVE MENTION CHEATER AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION SO THAT THEY CAN DO NO MORE CHEATTHE CUSTOMER
