Untimely termination of telecast

I have purchased Airtel Direct To Home (DTH) in February. I have been given customer ID - 3006848668. I had paid Rs. 2700 initially to the supplier/installer which as per him included the one time cost of the set top box and transmission of a Package worth Rs. 225 for 6 months. With an additional combo of English movie channels the package worth 300 Rs. was supposed to be trasmitted to me for 4 months. Now its not even two months that the english channels have been terminated and I am getting a cutinuous recharge request from Airtel.
