From last one month I am facing a problem with error code B001 and even after lodging a complaint in coustomer care for 6 times the problem has been not solved. The dealer of asansol airtel dish tv is not responding at all and also once he called and told that the service charge he will be taking is 200 Rs but i enquired in coustomer care the service charge is 100 rs and he is refusing to give the bill. I have even complained the same to the regional head till thee is no response.
