Very Very poor after sales service

Dear Sir,

My Customer ID is 3004062676. My connection is not working for last 2 days. I am getting B001 error code. I have registered my 1st complaint (Service request no - 4617885) on November 27, customer care executive (Sayantani) told that representative will come 28th November by 3.30 P.M. and he'll solve the problem. But nobody has come. After that I call the customer care again and they have told me that my complaint is closed now and kindly register a new complaint. I got a confirmation SMS also that my problems has been solved. I got a contact no also (9611191051 - Global Solution). But the mobile was switch off. Again I have register a new complaint (Service request no - 4625223) today and they have told the engineer will come tomorrow by 5 P.M.

I asked them if nobody will come to my place by tomorrow November 29 again then what should I do. But they have no answer.

Everyday Rs. 15 deducted from my balance. Who will pay the money? It is really shame full. I am really fed up and irritated with the service provided by AIRTEL. I never had seen this type of worst service in my life. If after sale service is that much poor then please close your service.
