I have purchased Airtel DTH in Janury 2010 but from May 31, it is not working. I have lodge complain on phone with Customer Care on 1st June and they lodge the same with promise to solve the problem within 24 Hours. But till today i.e. 7th June they are just promising like this, no body come to solve the problem from their side. Even when i pursue them again & again, they just disconnect the line or put me on hold for long time. So, please let me know what I have to do now?
