I am an existing customer with Airtel digital TV and am completely irritated with the absurd customer service from service agent.

My bitter and horrible experience with the service agent of your company at Chennai compel me to write following lines.
Due to non functioning of my STB (set top box), After consulting with dealer we have logged a complaint on 13.11.2010 inspite of repeated complaint there after the service Engineer failed turned to my resident for fixing issue. He was not able to provide a proper resolution. He was tried using another customers STB to fix this issue for which he removed the smart card from the my STB and shifted to the other one, after which he forgot to it replace back. For 13.11.2010 he carrying my smart card without returning it. When I tried to call him up he is not picking my call.
Note: He has saved all those number from where I call him up and not picking only those call.
I tried contacting the service engineer with a different number he picked up and told me he will fix the issue before 6PM in the evening of 15.11.2010. I am afraid that he is miss using my smart card or lost it. I request your help in resolving this issue ASAP.

I would like to hear it from you with in next 24 hrs for my resolution or else please advice is it better to cancel my connection. I am afraid no one is miss-using my smart card.
