Most bad customer service

My customer Id is 3005507475. I took airtel Digital DTH connection on 9th-oct with four month plan at INR 1600. There is no instant service given to me as airtel always claims, rather took 3 days to be installed on my home after calling again and again. After one month, my airtel signal went off, showing error B001. I complained to the person who installed dth on my premises. At the first day he assured me to attend complaint till evening. But no body came. After calling many times he told me not to able attend complaint because of service person busyness. After that no satisfactory answer given to me. After that I made a call to customer-care service but they only gave me complaint number and ever since after calling many times no action is taken and mostly time I was given to another person calling number and this system continued and last person also give me first person number again. I am totally fed up with such bad airtel customer service, still no complaint is attended after four days and nobody to take accountability of customer service. There is no pathetic service and no resolution

Now, I want to terminate the connection and want to get the entire amount reimbursed.

I'm also planning to terminate my relationship with airtel completely with many services already availed. I don’t want but I'm forced to do this.
