To whom so ever it may concern
I got the Airtel Dish installed on 27th Oct morning. 27th evening onwards i am not able to view the TV. I made a complaint on 28th morning ref # 4273551. I was told some one will visit by 12 noon. I took half a day leave and stayed at home. Till 12 no one turned up. I called the call centre again. They said the person will come and attend by 3.30 PM.
i waited till 3.30 extended by leave from half day to full day. No one turned up at around 5 i called they said by 5.45 some body will attend.
I waited till 6.30 PM No one turned up and i got a SMS from DTH that the issue is resolved. If not resolved call a mobile number. I called that number and informed them that without resolving my issue the call is closed. They asked me to contact one local # for my area i called that # it was switched off, then again called call centre they gave another # which was wrong. Then they said by 29th somebody will attend the call. On 29th morning again called
to reconfirm the technician arrival time, then this time i got a different call reference # 4286993 & 4283767. They said some one will attend on 30th Nov, so i went to office, by around 3.30 PM one person called me and asked for address etc. He wanted to come at 5.30 PM. As no one was available at that time asked him to come on 30th morning. i got an SMS in the evening telling the issue is resolved. Again i called the call centre they said some one will come FROM AIRTEL.
come to attend the complaint and on the way. Many people were calling me for asking the address and other details, everytime they are asking what is the problem etc. No one attended the call. At the time of writing the mail ie 30th Nov 22 Hrs. Now I REGRET TO TELL THAT I MADE A MISTAKE IN TAKING DTH I HAVE BEEN AIRTEL CUSTOMER AND I WAS ALWAYS GETTING GOOD SERVICE FROM AIRTEL FOR BROADBAND AND MOBILE. BASED ON THE PAST EXPERIENCE I WENT AHEAD WITH AIRTEL JUST FOR SERVICE SUPPORT WHEN SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS WERE AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET. NOW I AM NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN THE AIRTEL CONNECTION, YOU MAY REFUND THE FULL 999 AMOUNT AND TAKE AWAY THE ITEMS SUPPLIED BY YOU.
WITHOUT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT HOW YOUR TEAM IS CLOSING THE CALL AS RESOLVED.
