I, Ajeet Singh, purchased Airtel digital TV in Nov. 2009 in Pakur district of Jharkhand, but till date my mobile no. is not registered with customer care. Neither the dealer nor customer care give me satisfactory answer about this. When I contacted customer care on phone then they asked my customer ID and when I spoke the ID then they replied that this is not your's ID. What can I do now? Whether go to cunsumer court or any other options left to me?
Due to this problem I coldn't choose value pack or other services yet.
