Despite being promised of installing the set-top box on 25-11 there has been no response from Airtel. My booking id is 3006300591. And the guy who came was very belligerent and least customer friendly. He came and he said he had no time to install now and he left the place. He was very rude. Neither was the response satisfactory nor was the set top box installed.
