A True case of Cheating and empotional harrasment by Airtel DTH People... I purchased a Samsung LCD on Diwali i-e 4th November and as per a promotional offer i was given a Airtel DTH Activation Voucher
I called customer care on 17th December and asked to install a new connection. They asked me to first do a initial recharge of 500INR and after that the coupoun will be activated..After i recharged THE CUSTOMER CARE BLINDLY SAID THAT THE OFFER HAS EXPIRED ON 15TH DECEMBER
THEN why the hell t hey asked me to recharge with 500 if the offer had expired on 15th December. I WANT STRICT ACTION ON THESE PEOPLE ..EITHER THEY SHOULD RETURN MY MONEY OR THEY SHOULD INSTALL THE DISH WITHOUT ANY COST
