No service by the company despite repeated calls

The Airtel DTh connection is not working, and no one is attending the same, since last one month.

But the amount has been deducted on daily basis. Repeated calls to the customer care, resulted in registration of several complaint numbers, but no service person has attended the complant. But the complaints are being closed within a day.
