I am an AIRTEL DTH consumer - consumer no - 300111383. Since the past one month I have ben logging in at least 12 times to reuqest for re-installation of my dish antena after I have shifted house in Kharghar - Navi Mumbai. While I was given at least two dates for the re-installation, no one called and no one visited for the job. I am sitting with a dead TVand unsable dish connection.

My last conversation was yesterday (28th April) wherein I was comprehensively assured that he re-installation will be done by 12 noon on 29th.

Again, nothing has happened. No connection made. No call from any engineer or technical person for the job. As a customer, I am patiently awaiting the arrival of GOD. No other option available to me.

Will SOMEONE IN AIRTEL please expalin the delay and WHEN - if at all- I can see my TV again???

I wish to unsubscribe to AIRTEl - but I am told that no refund will be made. I stand to lose Rs.2000 if i dont wait. I stand to lose money and peace of mind while I wait.

SOme one - please help resolve the issue.
