Delay in Installation

Hello Sir,

Recently we have shifted at new location. We called customer care to install Dish TV at our new location. They gave us a complaint number and told that we will get call from technician within 24 hours. After that, 6 days flied. We missed World Cup matches. In 6 days we called to Customer care at least 20 times. Every time new new voice consoled us that within 2 hours we will get call from technician. And Every time they put our complaint for escalation to higher authority. But still we did not receive any call from technician. And suddenly they sent sms that our call has been resolved and closed. Again we called and again same way of talking..same consolation. Every day we returned back home early hoping today may be technician will come. But!!! Please do the needful ASAP.
