Worst customer service from airtel disconnecting calls and not having any idea and no documentation

Have been using airtel dth for a year and my customer id is :3004039568

On friday: 6/5

I had placed an order for another set top box for the second tv at home and i had paid 999 rs through ivr transation id :14942611

I was told that the installation will happen within 24 hrs and there will be no charges for cable as well as settop box and the installer will come and install within 24hrs.

It has been more then 72 hrs. I have talked to multiple ppl in customer support no one has any clue about what is going on here. couple of agents even disconnected my call.

The installer called me up on saturday and said that he has no information about the paymernt and he will only install if i pay for the settop box the number of the installer is : 8890638931, 8890638939

On saturdy i was given a refrence number: 150576075 and i was told the installation will happen today and the installer was taken in the call by the customer care lead and was told that the payment has been made and installer agreed to install on the phone but he did not show up and when i am calling him now to install he is giving the same old story that he does not have information about the paymernt and he cant install til i pay him for the set top box

I have talked to many people in customer care and some of them leads like Mr Manoj and other but all of them have just kept me on hold and disconnected the call.

i am very disappointed by airtel on this. I have been using airtel phone for 6 yrs and never had such a pathertic experience. i will like airtel to either solve this problem today and install the settop box for which payment has been made or refund my money for both my connections as i wont like to be associted with a dth which has such a poor customer care.

The worst cutomer experience and the problem is still not resolved as there system does not show what happend with the money,

The installer has no detail of the payment made and the customer service ppl have no clue about what to do.
