Airtel has not provided me with a individual dish/receiver when initially purhased the connection though they charged for it. I was given multi mode connection and when I moved out of that apartment I don't have dish/receiver with me for installation. Customer ID: 3006859655
By my ill fate I am one of your digital tv customer having active
connetion but do not have luck to watch TV because I am using Airtel.
When took the connection, I was residing in apartment where it Multi
Mode connection so I did not get the individual dish though I have
paid the entire amount. Now that I moved to a new residence which do
not have the multi mode option, I put in a request for reinstallation
and dish that need to be provided free of cost. Unfortunately my issue
still open even after raising many service requests technicians differ
on that and they want me to pay for the dish. I called your nodal desk
and I got a VERY COLD response and I can say it is the
most-uncustomercentric attitude I have seen. WHEN I OPTED FOR A NEW
CONNECTION, I PAID FULL AMOUNT for STB, DISH and the package. Why
should I pay again?
