Dear Mr. Ajai,
I did not had an option but to write to you regarding pathetic and disturbing post installation customer service. We have a HD recorder DTH connection that we have taken recently on June 17th. After multiple calls to callcentre, one of the technicians dropped in to look at the problem of poor signal level. He observed that a damaged dish was installed and he promised to send someone for replacement the next day. Thus we have again embarked on a journey of calling up and writing to customer care everyday.
It has been more than 15 days and there is absolutely no resolution in sight.
Subsequently I have searched the internet to find out contact details of the person this can be escalated. I was shocked to read similar problems being faced by your customers and the extremely poor post installation service by Airtel DTH. Shock is more from the fact that a leading company like Airtel does not have processes in place to help harassed customers.
May I request your goodself to direct your team to resolve the problems being faced by us.
