No response from Airtel

Below is the transcript of my struggle with Airtel to get my DTH disconnected.

Airtel did not move it, but charged for using a dish which is unusable.

I have still not heard back from airtel. The service request number for my

initial request is 6699573

This request is still open. The number 9535999909 to call provided in

service request is never reachable.

Request you to respond on email as well.

(You can obtain customer number from this, the airtel.in website is

1. Last Monday the 11th April my DTH was supposed to be

un-installed. This request was made around the 7th of April.

It has still not be removed and I have shifted out of the old premises.

Yesterday a representative visited my old house but he said that he is

not the right person

remove the installation and left. I had taken pains to coordinate with

the landlord to allow the removal of dish. It has still not happened.

Please advise next steps.

2. I had removed 3 packages from my account but I am still being charged.

Also I dont even have a dish in my new house but I am paying Airtel,

because no one has bothered to remove dish.

Request Airtel to look into this seriously. I am not using the airtel

dish, also I am wrong being charged incorrect burn rate since packages

have not been removed. I would also like Airtel to compensate me for the

inconvenience and for levying a daily burn rate incorrectly.
