Harassment by airtel digital tv

I purchased airtel digital tv on4 May through online web portal and paid rent for one year. My validity was fixed as 4 june as I got Rs. 250/- cashback at the time of purchasing new digital tv connection.

2-On 31 July I bought a second connection and paid Rs. 1350/- which included one month rent.

3-On 6 August I complained that Airtel has reduced the validity of my account upto 14 October. I requested for rctification of error. But despite reminders no satisfactory reply was received by me.

4- On 16 October I requested to cancel my second TV connection immediately by an e-mail.

5- But my original connection was stopped by Airtel which was valid upto june.

6- After repeated complaints over phone/e-mail and deposit of Rs. 100/- my connection was restored till june.

7- Again I found that my validity was reduced to 6 November. After repeated complaints validity was reinstated.

8- But wen i checked my account I found that again they reduced my validity till 5 January without any reason. I sent an e-mail on 4 January and lodged a complaint for repeated harassment to me. After several reminders my validity was reinstated as 14 june and balance of Rs.355/-.

9- On 7 January I thankedthem for rectification of their mistakes and requested to advise reasons for such follies again and again and not to repeat in future. But despite reminders no reply was sent to me.

10- On 14April I found that again my validity reduced to 1 May and balance reduced to Rs. 0/- from Rs. 355/-.I sent e-mail on 14 April to stop harassing me time and again. But no proper reply was received by me.

11- I sent reminder on 15April 23April 25April 27April 30 April.

12- As airtel has repeatedly harassed me by changing my validity without giving any satisfactory reasons. They never cared to reply my e-mails/telephone calls. During this I have suffered a lot of mental torture, wastage of my time and money and also badly affected my business and personal life.

As I am a sub-broker of Reliance securities Ltd..The latest update on tv are blood for my business. I was compelled to take a new Dth connection from DishTV (since Airtel stopped my connection illegaly before due date) on 12 Mayfor smooth functioning of my business.

The airtel has tried to defraud innocent client and requires stringent action against them and pay me compensation of Rs. 50000/- for torture/harassment to me.
