WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN

We are using the Airtel Digital TV at the apartment in Noida. But for the Last 30 Days I am facing a big problem that this Airtel Dish Tv is not working at all. I have called may 25 - 30 times to your Customers Care, but what I get every time is a new complaint number (for reference: 33120772, 3457798, 3438167, 3594201 and many more) and a promise that the Airtel Engineer will visit my place. But since last one month no one visted my place and not even got any call from any of the Airtel person following the same.

Name of Account Holder: Pawan Goyal

I dont know if this the service of Airtel then how any one can buy and use this Airtel Dish TV and even I am thinking of scrapping this after seeing the Airtel After Sale Service.

Yesterday also I have called your customer care also, and told that it was solved by monday evening 7, but i am still waiting for your person to call and come...

I think I have bought the Airtel Digital TV by having the faith on the service Airtel provide to their telecom consumers, So I have to pay like this, and airtel have shown that they are the worst in providing the after sales service.

I have complaint many time and send many email to both the email: [email protected] and [email protected], but still waiting for any response from their side.

If possible please provide the details of any responsible person from Airtel so that at least my complaint would be listen to.
