Hi,

If you are planning to purchase AIRTEL DTH digital TV please look for alternatives

1. Even aftre one makes payment you have to RUN aftre them for 15 - 20 days to enable set top box and activate

2. Being a 1.5 year customer, paide annual ULyra pack, yet when my balance was going to 0 no intimation was sent to recharge

3. I check with the call center but they refused to loge complaint

4. One fine day they just CUT the channels and blank out saying NO balance

5. Poor call center staff who refuse to loged complaint and do not give complaint ID.

6. Try calling theior customer care and even if you have loads of patience please be prepared to call 10-15 times while you get dicconnected and then when you are In the call they will not have any details of the call logged in front of them in their CRM system . poor systems

7. No use sending them email at their customer care mail address.. u will gte a auto reply and no respoinse!

If you want to purchase Digital pack PLEASE IGNORE Airtel.
