Hi,
I first gave a call to 12150 (airtel DTH Customer Care) asking for DTH details as I was interested in taking a new account. I confirmed from airtel that my connection will be given within 48 hours. I also mentioned that I am available only after 6pm, they said it will be done in 48 hours based on my timing preference.
So based on this info, i ordered online for my airtel DTH at 8pm 19/10. I got a call morning from airtel mentioning that I would get me connection at 6pm 21/10. But following that call I got a message from airtel mentioning that I would get it at 22/10 at 1 pm. I would not available at 1 pm and it was not what was agreed on.
When I called 12150 customer care, they kept repeating that slot is not free. They mentioned that I would only be getting the connection on 25/10 (name of the customer service agent is Asif Khan as mentioned by him). I require a connection within the 48 hour i.e. with in 8pm 21/10 or the refund of the money paid. Please help me out with this.
