Artel DTH issue - not response from technical Team

Hi,

This is sasidhar (customer id-3001967192) and my DTH is not working from past one week and it has not been fixed yet.

After lot of repeated complaints someone from the technical/backend team came and said they will replace the Set top box (STB)

I keep calling the call center every day atleast 5 times and they keep on saying our backend team will come and resolve it in next 2hrs, but no response from backend team.

It is already 7 days and i don't still how many days it will take to fix a simple issue

This is the WORST SERVICE i have ever seen in recent years

Someone please tell me what should i do this irresponsible people who are cheating their customers
