My airtel DTH connection is not working from 26th March. I made a complaint on 26th mMarch and engineer has come on 27th March and took Rs. 100 but could not rectify the problem. Again I complained and engineer has come on 31st March and advised that set up box is not working and change my new set up box to some old set up box and charged Rs. 450. Next day again the same problem has come. Since than I trying hard again and again but no response from Airtel.
Every time when I called the customer care, they said that it will be done today but nothing is happening. As per their massage to recharge my account, I also recharged for Rs. 100 but no one is coming to rectify the problem. I am not able to watch Airtel DTH from last 15 days and they are continuously deducting the daily teriff from my account and also sent me the massage that my services are discontinued. After spending so much of the money, no one is bothering to rectify the problem.
Waiting for your earliest possible action. I made at least 20-30 calls and 5 emails in last 15 days which are recorded with them. My one of the complaint number is 6729379 and 6674733.
