Not Available Channels

Dear Sir,

I have taken an Airtel Broadband connection with IPTV and my Account Number with Airtel is-16592791.

I find that I can not view any sports channels which are normally free channels. When I try it says - UNORDERED CHANNEL.

Please rectify this lacuna.
