I have ordered the upgrade of my DTH to HD dth via ivrs on 13 aug . they promised me instalation with in 72 hrs. but till date (25 aug) no body has contacted me and no response email, transaction email or even an sms has been sent to me. i found money has been deducted and it is in my account.
i dont want their usual answer
