LG india about full hd1080p lcd tv
Its not playing videos on full screen via usb drive

I bought LG 32 FULL HD1080P LCD TV JAZZ Series presuming i am buying best product of its kind but very disappointing. Since i bought it i am unable to play videos on full screen through USB drive it plays videos on small screen and wider faces of humen being which look very ugly to watch i have talked to company's enginiers but they are not able to solve the problem. It seems company not at all serios about customer's problems.please help me.
