I received an SMS on 1st week of Jan from MIMOBITV (Thank you for subscribing all chanels/weeks Rs:40/week. To unsucribe send MYUNSUB to 55447 and also charged Rs: 40/- from my mobile accounts without my knowledge. I also talked with BSNL Customare Care with this issue but they are not able to refund the amount.
There is no response from M/s. Apalya Technologies (p) Ltd., Hyderabad through Phone 4-5 times (Customer Care Queries -Please call # 040 23355447). How can they do something like this., i will have to file a case with the consumer court and get my locals support in Hyd and get this business to a stage where they will have to sit on footpaths/platforms and beg. Let these ppl rot and die. I am just posting this thru my cyber agent as i don't even know how they found my number.
