Cheated with plan promised (Silver instead of Gold)

Hi

I had purchased a reliance Big tv connection from Appco Marketing Executive in December i paid him Rs 1590 for Gold plan but after one month my plan has been changed to silver. After my argued to ask the executive who sold, he is not picking up the calls and also ignoring the calls from my end. Kindly let me know how to lodge a legal compaliants against imand his company
