I have Purchased Dish TV DTH VC # 01505645024 in the year 2008 and I'm facing Alignment problem every twice a year (major problem in monsoon).
After re- installation the position of DTH again I'm facing the same problem. Every time the technician comes at my place and do the repairing work and charges the amount of 150 taxes, its not the amount of money we pay but its about the service they provide every time with the problem we face every year.
Again on 1st Jan around 8:30PM we see SIGNAL NOT FOUND. On 6the Jan i have SMS DISHTV CALL ME and they have called me at 10:49 AM i have made the complaint and they says you have to pay the amount for the service they provide at home which I'm against paying the amount due to the problem which occurs always after they repair it. Kindly help me to solve my problem.
