Dear Sir/Madam,
My microwave oven is getting trouble frequently and none of your mechanic has been able to repair the same. They have changes few parts also. The oven was purchased on 03/11 and my customer ID is 2560796. This machine is under break down since last 10 days but the complaint is not being attended by any one in spite of repeated followup with customer care and local service centre.
Please take care immediately or refund the cost of the above oven immediately.
