THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD PURCHASED A IFB MICROWAVE IN APRIL. I CALLED IFB CUSTOMER CARE ON 30 MARCH (FRIDAY) TO GET MY MICROWAVE SERVICED. THEY LOGGED MY CALL AND GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NO. 8555276. AND TOLD ME THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS. I WAITED FOR 3 DAYS.THEN ON MONDAY AGAIN I CALLED THEM AFTER NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE THEN THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE GAVE ME TWO LOCAL NO.S. WHEN I CALLED THERE THEY TOLD ME WITHIN 24 HRS.ENGINEER WILL COME AND WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM . MONDAY ALSO GONE AND TODAY IS TUESDAY WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY PUT MY CALL ON HOLD. TODAY I HAVE CALLED THEM ATLEAST 4- 5 TIMES. BUT AGAIN AND AGAIN I GOT NIL RESPONSE. THEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN AND THEY GAVE ME NO. OF THE SERVICE EXECUTIVE MOHIT BAJAJ HE TOLD ME TO THAT IN 5 -10 MINS ENGINEER WILL CONTACT YOU BUT AGAIN NO RESPONSE. IFB IS RATED ONE OF THE BEST BRAND AND SERVICE IS SO POOR.
