EMI getting deducted even after prepayment

I have consumer durable loan with number : 4020CD00139824 with Bajaj Finserv lending. I have done full prepayment of said loan (Amt 12110) on 16 June. Still the loan status is not closed and EMI got deducted for JULY. I am not getting any reply from Customer care and through grivence redressal team. This is the worst service I have ever seen.
