I am very Happy to have this opportunity to lodge a complaint against BigLeap softwares, Calicut. From the very first month onwards, I sufferred the salary delayed issues from the authorities over there. Even though we had a good circle of friends in side the company, we couldnt have a friendly working atmosphere due to the insulting and torturing from the management side. We employees were mentally harrassed manytimes and mainly due to the delay of the salary, we gets fed up.. We wasted our whole time to get the salary, but the management was behaving in such a cheep manner to withhold that small amount of money.
So Guys, Pls think twice or thrice or I would say alwys keep thinking b4 u join this BigLeap solutions... It should be actually named as BIGCHEAT...
