Dear Sir

Despite the rbi guidelines, some banks' recovery agencies are still using threatening and unlawful ways of recovering the debts.

I have been receiving calls from the numbers--011-47617631-32-35-36. froM one of the recovery agencies of GE MONEY.They have been ausing all kinds of threatening, abusive and filthy langauage. Every time they call they say they are from legal deptt. of GE MONEY.If they are from the legal deptt. I told the keep to go legal way but they keep on threatening me, my wife (they somehow got my wife's number and even call n her mobile) and my kids on landline number.

I request to help me in taking action agianst tht agency who is adopting unlawful means of recovering the debts.
