Sir,

I am holding AIRTEL MOBILE regularly do bill payment for these number through my net banking from HDFC BANK,

I have noticed 6 fraudulent transactions to Vodafone billdesk on 07th MARCH .I contacted HDFC BANK to provide me details, The bank in turn asked me to contact Vodafone as the payment has gone to Vodafone billdesk, Details attached with this email.

I have been following up with Vodafone since then, They made me waiting close to 7 days with a reply that all these details can not be shared with you and advised me to contact Police and start the investigation. I have already lost 12, 002/- quite a sizable amount through these tansactions and again to process this investigation have to spend some more amount.

I request you to investigate this matter and help me in getting this details from Vodafone.
